Georgia is a native of the Silver City area, deeply rooted in the community. Her great-grandparents homesteaded here, forming a love for the area and community that has been passed on for generations. Georgia and her husband Steve have been in the crane and construction business since 1972. They have 2 adult sons and 5 grandchildren that are a huge part of their lives. Georgia's background includes construction, electrical contracting, retail sales, accounting and now property sales. She excels in marketing listings and finding properties that "speak" to buyers. Georgia and her office team have received many real estate sales and service awards with United Country as well as locally and nationally. She is a member of Rotary International, Silver City MainStreet, Silver City Realtors Association, New Mexico Realtors Association, and the National Association of Realtors.
Born in New Mexico but raised in Massachusetts, Sandra finally found her way back home when she moved to Silver City, New Mexico in 2003. She bought and renovated an historic house in Historic Downtown Silver City from which she ran the Inn on Broadway, a B&B, for over 10 years.
As a host, she especially enjoyed helping her guests appreciate and enjoy all that this Southwestern area had to offer. This included day trips to the Gila Cliff Dwellings, the Catwalk and the City of Rocks. Some of her guests came to enjoy the art galleries and restaurants of Downtown Silver City. Others wanted to enjoy the hiking, mountain biking and star gazing under our wonderful Dark Skies. Here in the high desert we enjoy comfortable summers once the monsoon rains arrive and moderate winters.
As a Real Estate agent, she will continue to help her clients appreciate the Silver City area and hopefully find their home here as well.
Since moving to Silver City, she has been active in several local organizations. As a member of the MainStreet Board, she has worked on projects to help revitalize the Historic Downtown. As President of the Silver City Museum Board, she supported the Museum as an important part of the Downtown and the repository of the area’s history.
